That must be quite a collection to be letting go of the complete Xmen ASM dream. My collection finally got the best of me this last year or so and I ran out of space as well. I finally bit the bullet and starting listing lots on ebay as well selling some bulk locally. I'm trying real hard to only get Xmen and ASM but like you said...distractions @speedcake

And my favorite book from this batch, I'm thrilled this hit a 9.8. Hardly any graded copies on the census so it would have been hard to track down an already graded copy. Robotech the new generation 1. I believe this is the first issue for the third part of Robotech aka Mospeada. I loved this series growing up

X-Men 129. I knew this one had some issues. Back has a stain. CGC noted foxing. I was hoping for an 8.0

Eternal Warrior 4. 9.4 I was hoping it had a shot at 9.8

A couple ASM 792s. Alex Ross regular cover was my reader. I'm glad it hit 9.8. The variant had a scratch on the cover that I missed so it's a little bit of a bummer.

It's been a minute since my last update. My blue label books that I dropped off at the show made it back. Looks like I missed a few things. Also these went through CCS so it's hard to tell what the final results will be. First up, keeping with the theme are a couple Joe books 149 and 150.

This one I’m beyond super stoked to have! Definitely one of best wild finds to date. Coming back a beautiful 9.8!!! ...I did ask for a Storm Shadow remark but that’s ok 

Superman 75, Signed By Dan Jurgens. My hard work paid off.  I love how this one came out. 

Moment of truth.... I picked up my books from FedEx today before seeing infinity war. First up. GI Joe 155 signed by Larry Hama and Scott Koblish. I figured the book for a 9.4/9.6 as part of the front cover was lifting a little from the spine in the middle. I missed the back cover having some edge wear near the bottom. Still really happy though. I love this cover. Very iconic in the Joe run

All in all, like I said one of the best con experiences I’ve had. A lot of planning and some luck with everything coming together. I am one happy camper. Hopefully I have more convention experiences like this in the future 

I left the panel early to get Larry Hama to sign a couple trading cards for me. In hindsight I wish I would’ve had him do a sketch for me. I saw one he did for someone else. He’s a great artist still  Also picked up a few Joes for me and my boys while I was comic dealing

I actually went to a panel for a little bit at the end of the day.  it was ok. I do love Robotech though

He was everywhere in comics at one point. I enjoyed a lot of his work on Wolverine too

Apparently I thought I wasn’t busy enough for a one day trip. I also packed books with me for trade. A couple slabs and some raw books that I had to go back to the car for. This is what I got. I’m pretty happy. Shopping books around at a convention isn’t exactly something I would recommend though. It’s a little bit of a hassle. Only reason it worked out is because I knew some of the dealers and type of books they deal with.

So these are the three books I fast tracked that will be here within the next couple of days. Really excited

Dan Jurgens was a little hard to get a hold of as they had a lot of focus on Superman at the convention with panels and such. I did catch up to him later though. Real nice guy.
