  1. It would be hard to say as I am watching the Doctor on Saturdays. Watched the Aztecs Story this past weekend. The Vulcan nerve pinch came by way of Doctor Who. Trying to do them in order is not easy as most of the earlier episodes were lost due to the BBC wiping tapes clean was the policy of the time. I'm just glad a large portion survived and are available on DVD.
  2. More treasures involving the things I enjoy. Went to the Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con and submitted many books. TMNT #1 3rd Print #3 & #4 1st Prints. Dark Shadow by Gold Key issues 6-10, Man from U.N.C.L.E. #3, Hogan's Heroes 5 & 9, Blitzkreig #1, Brave & The Bold #200 and Amazing Spider-Man #102 in German. They should be back sometime In September. Now for the long wait . To see old comments for this Journal entry, click here. New comments can be added below.

  4. 1st Wizard World Las Vegas Wizard World was Las Vegas caught me by Surprise. I only had 1 week to get some books together for possible CGC grading and see what I could add to my collections. My goal was to find the CGC booth and I did. It was a tough choice but I decided on the books to have Submitted. Action Comics #93 the Christmas Cover and Hogan's Heroes #4. I wish it could have been more but my funds were very tight as the con did catch me by surprise. The Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con is in 25 days and I have more time to save up my funds for more books to be submitted. Perhaps Dark Shadows 6-15, Afterlife with Archie or a few more Golden & Silver Age books. Not sure. Lady Allysin To see old comments for this Journal entry, click here. 5. I recently started watching Dark Shadows on Disc over a year ago and I am hooked. I completed the 2 newer series with there variants etc, but that was not enough!. I wanted the true feel and jumped in with both feet with the 35 Issues of the Gold Key Series. I am very picky with this series due to the Bindery Issues this series seems to have. I will be sending off Issues #1 through #5. If I can get hold of a real nice Issue #12 that would help me tremendously. In that lot is a #1 with the Poster and a #1 without the Poster. I have other books that will be going as well but Dark Shadows is the main one of the group. Should be quite a few nice grades in this lot. To see old comments for this Journal entry, click here. 7. Spider-Man from my Childhood days I have been an avid collector for years, and since that first purchase of Amazing Spider-Man #134, I have had that run 3 times over. I recently took a chance on my Amazing Spider-Man #102 and decided to have It graded. I was not expecting much, probably a grade of 6.0. Well I am surprised to say Spidey and me are about to be reunited after several weeks as it is on its way back to my collection. The grade I recieved stunned me. It is coming back as an 8.5. That gave me chills as I was so happy about the grade. Just one of the many Childhood treasures that made me happy then continues to make me happy today. Many more childhood treasures await to be rediscovered in a new light. To see old comments for this Journal entry, click here. New comments can be added below.
