Value is climbing on this book I can see it reaching $2000-$3000 - my buddy was shocked and stoked to snap up a copy so cheap. Sometimes with a rare book not everyone is aware of it happens-but not often. I've been trying to get a copy of Fast Times at Ridgemont High for many years-none of those slip thru the cracks cheap I can tell you that. I also kick myself for not getting a copy when it was only $150.

I used to pay with paypal then one day I said 'why am I doing that?" it jist goes on my credi card anyway and seller gets less money. Cut out the pointless middle man.

Can they charge more for L@@K, Rare! CGC it! ?

My buddy just snagged this for $100-he's been trying to get one for a while. Typically sells for $400-$500. Anyone know what the deal is with this book?

I've told this before it was 1967 I was 8 years old my dad was renovating an apartment and gave us kids a quarter each. We went to the store to buy candy. Back then candy was in a wooden case with glass and you pointed at what you wanted. I was wandering around and saw a spinner rack. I was riveted. I saw Action 350-a skeleton superman-I grabbed it. Then a baby super heroes book-Adventure 356. I took em up to the counter and had 1c left for red licorice. I remember everything about that day-the weather-what I had for lunch, where I was when I read each comic.

I know Action #1's have been stored in walls with good results.

I need to go through my collection and consolodate all the valuable books. Nothing books that are now hot like Batman 251.

Once in a while i go thru bursts where I pull out books to read but otherwise they just sit in the closet and every once in a while a $5 book becomes a $500 book.

Isn't that the job of Quality Control? Isnt it both their jobs? Two people have to screw up for a label swap to go thru. And two people have to screw up for corner jam damage to go thru.
