Anyone here have any leads on a Scooby Doo #1 35 cent price variant possibly for sale (or trade)?

So apparently there's now a CGC 9.8 Scooby Doo #1 35 cent variant and a 9.6 Flintstones #1 35 cent variant. Incredible. Has anyone actually seen these or know the backstory of how they were found in this condition?
