  1. I just received a 25 book prescreen submission banc and all 22 books that were incased have this same issue, where it looks like a crack on the bottom left corner. Does this qualify for a free reholder? side notes, i have tried to submit for reholder and it will not let me submit because "there is an error with inbound shipping". I've tried changing every option on the shipping and the error persists.
  2. Did you see the ones on ebay? Some individual_without_enough_empathy has them priced from $5,000 to $10,000! Yeah it's a bit OTT what some people are asking for them. I managed to get £1500 for my one which was the Tony Parker payed about $1300 (£900) so when I received the offer on ebay I was very happy and accepted straight away, mine was a 9.8 btw. I think for one which is a 9.6 and ended up auctioning for a bit cheaper you could still get between $1-2k. It is a very nice cover you have there and I'm sure the Kirkman sig will add value! Thanks a bunch! I was happy to get this one. I bid on about 20 different covers and this is the only one that landed in my range. It never hurts to have Kirkman throw his John Hancock on it. 9.8 was a great score. I notice most of them posted on eBay are 9.4 or well below. I was very happy to get mine back at 9.6
  3. Nice! That #2 is one of the 3 issues that I'm missing for my complete set.
  4. That seems decent to me. A little more info on the key grades would be helpful to know the value. Also, how many have actually been signed/slabbed?
  5. Well said my good man! I was trying to be a little more realistic. I saw one on ebay that was a blank variant and CGC'd at 9.2. And he's offering it for like $3500
  6. Hey all. I'm reaching out to the boardies today to see if I could get your opinion on what you think one of these "Hero Initiative" Walking Deads would be worth. I got this one (Chrissy Zullo) on the ebay auction that was run by Hero Initiative. I think i paid like $600-$700 for it. It's currently in the clutches of CGC after adding Kirkmans auto
  7. Congrats again! Reap the whirlwind my good man!
  8. I've spent a lot of time in jail -- directly influencing TODD's first arc! After finally reading the full trade I got from your booth that much was obvious! The glossary at the end with the jail lingo was spot on. I really can't wait to see that new arc you're working on. Todd is the epitome of "ignorance is bliss", at the same time he's actually quite clever. Not easy to pull off but you are nailing it .
  9. Without a doubt. He was by far the friendliest guy at they show. I was lucky to score #1, 2, 3, and a variant #5 (which he threw in free since I was a board member). Great guy all around and a crazy sense of humor . Fan for life here Ken , keep me posted on that figure you have in the works. Consider mine preordered! You and your bro were awesome. We're moving forward with the TODD statue -- should have concrete details in a month or so. Our target is to have it ready for SDCC... I saw the prototype in person and I can not wait Ken, always great catching up! (thumbs u @Knighner great meeting you this weekend(no idea you where a board member) -- I think you took a pic of me with all your CGC submissions -Doug- Is this you? Fitting that you are holding the book I was most looking forward to getting signed and slabbed! Obviously my Kirkman stack was a close 2nd. I didn't mention the board because I'm still in my infancy here You guys we very helpful throughout the event. The TLC you showed my books was greatly appreciated!
  10. Congrats Ken!! Just ordered a copy. Hero Initiative is a great cause. I was able to score a Walking Dead comic from their auction last year. They have a great book of the 100 walking dead covers they made for that event that I would recommend. Check 'em out here Graham crackers PS: tax right-off never hurts

  12. Sweet! How about a #1? Your book sold out at my LCS before I could get there after work. Earliest issue I scored was #3. Based on the content I see why. I'll be looking to rectify that in AZ! Safe travels, will see ya there! Quoted in case Ken goes missing this weekend.
