  1. 2022 Dr X Contest - Prize Winner Summary A big thank you to @DR.X for being such a generous and fun loving host!
  2. Can't you inquire directly to Heritage for additional information? Make those jokers earn their money
  3. That's a shame -- those people are a handful at best and they should not control us, Don't let them win! I would miss this contest--- it is too much fun!
  4. three mystery boxes left to figure out going to @ashsaytr @Scrooge & @Pitboss: Boxes # 4-6 still have not been declared.
  5. I thought that as well but checked it out and it was not the case. Here is the original listing and it's replacement (which sold!): ps-- not comic books
  6. I ran into something strange the other day on ebay. Someone made an offer that was within my threshold of acceptable bids. I did not look at it very hard other than my usual criteria (checking the feedback, how long the buyer has been around etc). I accepted their offer which SHOULD come with the calculated amount for shipping. Somehow the buyer figured out how to alter the shipping to FREE SHIPPING which made the sale a loser for me. So I cancelled it, blocked them, and ignored their complaining and questions about what happened. I am not going to tolerate that type of spoon. I just am not sure how they accomplished it-- typically the shipping is not part of the offer-- it just flows through. I double checked the offer numerous times and I've never offered free shipping for that item. I only noticed it when I checked the email stating the terms of the deal and was like--- no way broseph! Anyone have a thought on how one would circumvent the shipping charges? I don't want this happening again. Seems like some clown figured it out and advertised it as a life hack.
  7. Great packaging - as always -- Thanks for the contest prize @DR.X!
  8. Got mine today (already pictured in the thread) -- thanks @DR.X ! All-Star Western (2011-2014) DC Comics - Vol. 3 Comic Notes TPB # 5 TPB # 6
  9. watched it last night with my brother-- we were astonished with how terrible it was. Not only the acting-- the plot and the writing were all garbage. I'm not a big DC fan to begin with but this just seemed like someone pretending to know how to create a superhero movie. Sure wish I had bothered to check out the reviews on this thread before wasting my time-- though fairly early my brother and I went MST3000 mode and made fun of everything. I guess you could go that route to find something redeeming about this stinking pile of dog waste.
  10. 2022 Dr X Contest - Prize Winner Summary All that is left to figure out is the final top four place winners and the raffle winner eventually
  11. Is that 7pm Central time? Was thinking it was eastern I'm on Arizona time which is the same as Mountain this time of year
  12. within reason-- if you tell us you are giving out something soon-- that is the time to start the humping if you have yet to win something. Though I wouldn't doubt it some people who already got a prize aren't banging away on F5 even though they can't win two times
  13. the best thing to do is be persistent on the button humping until you land a prize and then you can sit back and watch the fun.
