  1. Another great auction with incredible pieces that I didn’t even know were still in existence. It almost feels like “a change of the guard" is happening in front of our eyes.
  2. The market is setting the price for Madureira Battle Chasers material. Without any public offering until recently, we could only base it on the dealer's ask. The recent hammered results are remarkably less than what was initially asked for on these specific pieces. There is always going to be a Red Monika tax.
  3. I believe it sold for $8K or $10K on Kwan's site. That is a significant loss for whoever bought it before.
  4. The Red Monika Battle Chaser's piece was listed for a whole lot more on the dealers website. I think the seller took a big hit. Considering the hammer prices for Battle Chaser's pieces at the most recent ComicLink auction, it seems there's not a whole ton love for them.
  5. Tom Grummett TT63...is that low? I feel like it is...but I don't follow that market.
  6. Jon Bogdanove Superman: The Man of Steel #21 Cover hammered at $38.4K Didn't see that coming.
  7. I had it pegged between $6000 and $8000 because of Moore and Totleben as well. Totleben is a master artist.
  8. John Totleben Miracleman 16 orgy page was a bargain IMO. Alan Moore tends to go higher for this kinda stuff.
  9. Jill Thompson Sandman #49 Story Page 20 @ $66K. Very Very Strong.
  10. Mignola Dracula material doesn't come up often. Same as his Batman-related material. Still $144K
  11. The Rob Liefeld pieces seemed considerably low as well.
