  1. Just finished binging all 4 seasons of Prison Break, and I couldn't agree with this more.
  2. Perhaps we see the introduction of Quasar as well. Having Starhawk from the future, and being Kismet's son as well Quill's father... Should make some great comedy having the Guardians face off against Star Lord's grandmother.
  3. Great idea. I'd pay to see this film. I like this idea, too. But I think it'd make more sense with Peter in college. With him in high school the relationship with Connors makes less sense. Unless they dual enroll him, high school student in some college classes. That'd be a nice twist as well, and very plausible. Fish out of water scenario since he's smart enough to take college courses. and its well establised that Parker is a smartie. PS please note the lack of origin story in my synopsis. Origin would be encapsulated in a few fast shots hitting the high points leading up to the movie title splash leading right into Spidey swinging through Manhattan #NoMoreOrigins #GetToTheGoodStuff (and glad people like the story idea, thanks!) Really liked your idea. One question though, what happens to Lizard after the final battle? Also, you forgot the Stan Lee and Kingpin cameos

  5. I watched this again this past week. I enjoyed the movie when I saw it in theaters and laughed at most of the jokes. While I did find the jokes very hit or miss, it was a good movie. Upon a second watch, I still thought it was a good movie, but it wasn't as funny. The jokes didn't hit for me and this is one that won't get as many repeat viewings as say, GotG, which I still find funny every time.
  6. I'd like to see Norman Osborn introduced. Just no Green Goblin. Could open up for Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts storyline down the way.
  7. I'm thinking the Simon Williams they introduce in this will be Hollywood and not Wonder Man.
  8. that was my only negative, and not much of a big one, but they kinda did Crossbones like Boba Fett. Coolest character, dies in a crappy way. Lazy writing and very little character development. I was really disappointed they got rid of him so quickly. He was pretty much the Batroc of Civil War.
  9. YES! Called this the minute I walked out of the theater . Hope this is true.
  10. The difference for me in watching Civil War vs BvS was the fact that not once in BvS did I have an ear to ear smile on my face from what I was seeing on screen. As opposed to Civil War, where numerous times I couldn't hold back a smile. I'm talking about from just sheer awesomeness of what was happening on the screen, not from the comedic moments. One example is the intro to Giant Man. In BvS, nothing did that for me. I enjoyed the experience of seeing it at the theater, but it's not a film I will watch over and over. I do have the ultimate edition preordered though. Civil War was just more fun, had better pacing and editing, and a better story IMO. Marvel has the formula down, but I'm hoping DC will hit it's stride with Suicide Squad. Can't wait for that one. And I prefer Pepsi to Coke... Coke sucks. Except the diet, caffeine free Coke. Don't know how that works though .
  11. I really never thought about how strong Spider-man was. Like catching a punch from Bucky's metal arm without a hitch, but Cap had o use both arms. I had just always thought Cap was stronger. I really liked Zemo. I think they underplayed his part in this to focus more on Cap vs. Iron Man so they can really bring him in later and show his full potential.
  12. Just got home. This movie was awesome. Currently tied for my favorite with GotG. Loved everything about it. Even with all the heroes in it, it always felt like a Captain America movie IMO.
  13. They said the only comedic bits were in that trailer. I guess those comedic bits tested so well, that they decided to spend a couple of million to add more and change the dark tone. I'm pulling for this to be DC's GotG. Super excited for it.
  14. Wait a minute.... Suicide Squad must be super dark if they have to tone it down. That second trailer was all comedy.
  15. I am one that had problems with editing and story, and it's not because it was hard to follow. The default for finding problems isn't that the person couldn't follow or understand what was going on. Some of the scenes could've been edited better, some could've been removed. Seemed like at one point it was just back to back to back 30 second clips that just didn't flow right. It was too choppy.
