  1. Dave gave me great deal on a key issue. Fast shipping and very easy to deal with. I had a great experience!
  2. Growing up Black Adam was always one of my favorite DC characters. I was surprised to find there was no thread dedicated to his first appearance. With the announcement of an upcoming movie, I only find it appropriate to start a club for his first appearance! I was lucky to get this book 10 years ago for a great price! Here's my copy : Pg.1 Marty Mann 3.0 Thanos88 7.5 Substitute Duke 5.0 BB-Gun Raw Grendel4 8.5
  3. Anyone got a coverless, incomplete or poor condition X-Men 94?
  4. No offense, where's the credibility?
  5. Well, why didn't you say that in the first place? Or did you? And here I thought you were the OP - talk about thread hijack. Just trying to provide useful information relevant to the OP's question. You should try it! Bill going above and beyond ! The results of this more extensive test should be interesting. Any chance you have a CGC or PGX comic to test as well?
  6. My thoughts exactly, I went with UV blocking film over toploaders
  7. I found the thread!!! http://cgcforum.gpanalysis.com/cgcforum_thread.asp?pagenumber=4&ThreadID=4403873&forumID=4&threadName=Do+any+of+you+guys+display+your+CGC%27s%3F Do CGC cases have UV protection?
  8. I just bought this one to put over my top loaders http://www.ebay.com/itm/VViViD-Matte-Clear-Protective-Film-12-x-60-Vinyl-Sheet-for-Car-Auto-Vehicle-/151267081027?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&hash=item2338387b43&vxp=mtr&autorefresh=true Thanks again Why? Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Comics are fine art to me. Museums display art all the time. Displaying ASM#129 (First appearance of a hero in stripper boots) in my office, is a lot more appealing to me than an expensive picture of Africa. I guess I could ask you the same question, why do you keep them in the closet? I don't! Then what's the "why" for? The auto protective film. It's explained...I bolded it for you.

  12. Thanks for the great tip. I'll probably start the newspaper test tonight and invest in some good uv blocking glass.
  13. Yeah that's my mentality too. I try and display 12 at a time. I figure if I can't display them or use them everyday then why buy them. I would just feel so bad if I left them in a closet. Quality over quantity
