I just came across a massive library of microfiched Golden Age titles. The thing that appealed to me was that it included so many of the obscure titles you just don't see, plus some prime ones. For example:
COMIC CAVALCADE #16 to 22, 26 to 29. Asking $5 per book OR $40 takes the whole lot!

So due to some huge medical bills, it looks like the time to part with one of the rarest DC items in my collection.

To verify that, I have a COA signed by former DC Senior Editor, Mike Gold, who at the time was the DC Publicity Manager and was involved in the original production with Paul Levitz. Mike gave this set to me as a gift in 1991.
So all that said, how do I set a fair price for these in today’s market? Overstreet once priced these at $3600 but that was five years ago. Has that changed, up or down?

Just found this little goodie at an online auction...
Detective Comics #107 - complete, but covers are loose, nice colors on cover, small chip out at bottom of cover, tiny discoloration and small chip out on cover edge, small chip out of edge of back cover, lower left corner tip missing back cover. Pages white/off-white. The book is very flat, again with bright colors and presents very well.
I'd have to call this VG/FINE 5.0, but if you look most will agree that it's much better than that. Asking $300 OBO

I recently acquired a HUGE collection of MICROFICHE which are mostly Golden Age with a a few key Silver Age thrown. In case you aren't aware, MICROFICHE are complete issues of rare comics condensed onto an index card-sized negative. They can be easily viewed on any MICROFICHE reader (most libriaries ahve these for free) or used to create full color copies of the issues. These are all in near-mint condition with no flaws.
