Howdy! I'm looking for 1966 Don Russ Marvel Super Heroes cards with white backgrounds on both sides. I'm looking to upgrade some of my cards, so I can buy, trade or a combination of both. The pictures below are just for reference, in case anyone is unsure what I'm looking for. If you've got 'em, let me know.

I did a new search and found this info for when you have a Carraige Lock situation like mine. I'll give an update once I've tried it. HP Scanjet Scanners - How to Perform a Hard Reset Follow the steps below to perform a hard reset on your HP Scanjet Scanner. Power off the scanner. Disconnect all cables from the scanner (including the Universal Serial Bus (USB), power module, Transparent Materials Adapter (TMA), and Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) cables). Lock and then unlock the carriage shipping lock, if applicable to your product (see below). Models with no shipping lock include: 3500c, 3570, 4070, 4070v Models with one-time (disposable) shipping lock include: 2300c, 2400, and 3670c Models with re-usable shipping lock include: 3400c, 4300c, 5400c, 5470c, 5490c, 7400c, 7450c and 7490c If your product is not listed above, refer to the material that came with the product for additional shipping lock information. Ensure the scanner is on a flat and level surface. Plug all cables back into the scanner. Power the scanner back on. The hard reset is now complete.

Looking for some help here from the forum collective. I have an HP Scanjet 7400c that's been a great scanner, Made a move a while back to another state. I locked the scanner before moving and forgot it was locked when I went to set it up a couple of months later. When I plug it in it makes all the usual start-up sounds & lamps up, but when I direct it to scan, it makes clicking noises and it does not move the lamp. I imagine this has happened to others, and maybe it's been discussed before. Can anyone help me out with some good advice on how to fix it? I'm not afraid of opening it up to make any physical adjustments but would feel more confident if I could get a little guidance first. Trying to find someone to work on a scanner is just plain

I suppose wishing for issues #2-6 doesn't make sense for a book titled Famous First Edition. I could cross my fingers & hope they continue with The Comics Magazine #1... -
FAMOUS FIRST EDITION: NEW FUN #1 C-63 - DC
Forbush-Man replied to Forbush-Man's topic in Golden Age Comic Books
Yeah, I'd love to get New Fun Comics #1-6 for the full run. They also reproduced this to the exact size of the original tabloid comic. -
Did any of you guys know about this April 8th, 2020 release of FAMOUS FIRST EDITION: NEW FUN COMICS #1 C-63 from DC? It's an exact reprint of the very first DC comic from February 1935. Retail is $19.99 US/$25.99 Can. Hardcover w/dustjacket, cover on the dust jacket, the hardcover & in the interior too. I wasn't aware of this until just recently. I suppose it was lost in the shuffle of going into lockdown just prior to the release date on March 19, 2020.
