  1. Just finished a nice deal with Cory...and everything was fantastic from start to finish! Spectacular communication, super-safe packaging...just perfect in every way! Thanks again for everything!
  2. I'll take this AND the Rat Queens from Page 1 if the BOGO sale is still going.
  3. Elizabeth Olsen. Very happy with the grade, since MCS had it graded at an 8.5 when I bought it.
  4. No kidding! They should make, like, a BUTTON for it on the keyboard!! Someplace easy to find, too, like, at the top somewhere!! Come ON, geeks!! Get working!!
  5. I put in the value as what I paid for it the month before I sent it in. (Although, I thought it was $350). I'm always unsure what to put in on a book's value when I send it in because I feel that RAW's aren't worth as much as graded (so me declaring that it was worth just as much as a graded 7.0 seems like a bad idea). Also, I thought that the smudge/stain had a chance to send it back with a purple label, or with a hidden defect that knocks it way under what I expected. So, I figured the best thing to do was just put in my purchase price. While I would have "won out" on this one if it came back as a 7.0+ blue label, I don't see CGC refunding my money if I value something too high that comes back as a green or purple label. Again, I typically just put in my purchase price, and try not to get too fancy. It DID say "CGC credit" in the email...but it's great that it no longer the case.
  6. I don't disagree with anything you've said here. : ) As far as a Hugh Sig on a H181, I'm on the fence. I have a lot of H181s, and it would be just a little one of a kind thing in the collection for me.
  7. I dunno. I was half-thinking of getting of getting one of my Hulk 181's re-graded (it looks undergraded, and a press should help). Maybe slap Hugh Jackman's signature on there. But....sending that in for a press would definitely cause some anxiety, lol.
  8. I'm about as high as it gets on the ladder. That's the depressing part.
  9. That was the impressive part to me, too. I mean, I'm pretty sure they'll end up profiting off of this.
  10. I'm definitely not saying that I'm okay with the outcome, or proposed solution. My options appear to be extremely limited, though...
  11. True, but then I wouldn't get that sweet, sweet store credit. I eagerly await the thrill of sending in another high dollar book.
  12. I believe that's the stain from the notes. It would have been even more fun for this to come back with a purple label, I guess.
