Hello everyone! Haven’t been on the boards in a while, but I’m back with this FF #52. The wife and I are having our first baby in a few months and need to free up some extra funds. This book was purchased from the original owner and graded in late 2015. It was never pressed or cleaned prior to grading. This collection had a ton of high grade silver age. Last couple of sales on GPA were a hair over $2,500. New Mutants 87 CGC 9.6 White Pages: $235 - To my knowledge, this book has not been pressed. I bought it from the original owner and had the book slabbed myself. There is a small scratch on the front of the slab near the top right corner of the case. It was there when I opened the box from CGC. Also, this is one of the slabs without the inner well and there are some light newton rings on the back cover.

Fantastic Four #4 CGC 4.0 OW/W Pages: $1395 shipped. The prices on this book are all over the place, but here are the most recent sale prices: a 2.5 sold this month for $1,000, a 3.0 sold this month for $1,008, a 3.5 sold for $1,300 last month, and a 4.5 sold this month for $1,765. There hasn't been any 4.0 sales since April, when one sold for $1,000. This book was pressed and cleaned by @joeypost, who always does an incredible job.

Amazing Spider-Man 316 CGC 9.2 OW/W Pages: $90 - Again, this one is from the same collection. I definitely though it would grade higher, clearly. In my opinion, it would have graded higher with a press.

Amazing Spider-Man 298 CGC 9.4 White Pages: $90 - This book is from the same collection as the NM 87. That said, I do not believe that it has been pressed.

New Mutants 87 CGC 9.6 White Pages: $260 - To my knowledge, this book has not been pressed. I bought it from the original owner and had the book slabbed myself.
