  1. Just added to the site. One of about 50 slabs currently for sale. Link is in my sig line below. I also have some nice statues for sale on the site.
  2. Well, you lose thousands of dollars in reholdering fees. And I don't think assuming is necessary. If the notes don't mention which version of the ad is present, then that copy was certified prior to CGC beginning to note it, and therefore it's printing status is undetermined.
  3. I can't imagine anyone having their Supes #1 reholdered. Why pay thousands of dollars to risk finding out (and announcing to the world in the notes) that you don't have a 1st printing? Unless you owned the book raw and know that it is.
  4. Yes, that's from Sideshow: https://www.sideshow.com/collectibles/marvel-the-silver-surfer-maquette-sideshow-collectibles-400358?var=400358
  5. I imagine he's qualified for something.
  6. 3K-4K edition sizes don't happen very often anymore. Too many options for collectors these days, but they only have so much $$. I doubt Sideshow wants a quick sell-out of anything. I think they would consider that a misstep on the edition size, and that they left money on the table. Even when you see them discount a piece 10-20%, they're still making money on it. I'm betting 1K or so for the Dazzler edition size.
  7. I don't think the edition size will be all that small. Response to the piece has been overwhelmingly positive.
  8. To give you a comparable sale, the other Action Comics #50 CGC 9.0 sold last week at auction for the same amount, $12,000. Both books are solo copies at 9.0, and both have 2 copies that grade higher.
  9. Shipping is on me. No returns on slabbed books. Payment is via personal check, cashier's check, or Zelle.
  10. I don't have 20K to spare, but that's a fair price for a very cool book.
