  1. Not to make light of the situation, but I was openly mocked (mocked, I tell you!) when I suggested that natural disasters account for a not-inconsiderable amount of attrition for collectibles, including comics.. Nice to see some real life confirmation. Nice books, too! Sorry about your Katrina loss. I'm sure that was awful. Thanks for the positive response. When I saw the box arrive and it was CGC, my heart stop for a bit. It honestly move me back to when I was a kid at Christmas. I have only been collecting again for a few months and I hope everyone who collect comics feel like a kid again(like me) even for a few seconds each time they get a comic for their collection. Some comics get graded and some I just read near my night stand.
  2. Hi Everyone, I quit collecting comics when hurricane Katrina came and wipe out 19 years of collecting. But after watching the Marvel movies. Nostalgia started kicking in and I am back. I just bought a few silver age and got them signed and just came back. Feel like a kid again. Granted I never had these as a kid but I am getting to fulfilled my childhood collector fantasy.
  3. HI I have 2 copies. One i bought from the news stand when it came out and one I just bought recently. I love this copy as a kid
