  1. How do people do this without repercussions? What’s to stop someone from habitually listing no reserve auctions and killing them if they don’t like how it’s going? I don’t get it...
  2. I had this up very briefly a couple weeks ago at a higher price. I just downgraded (some restructuring of the PC) to a 9.6, and I only need one copy...so this one's gotta go. Listing now at $2450, which is $400 lower than the only other copy I'm aware of on the market (mycomicshop). Hope everyone is having a nice fall weekend!
  3. 1.) First wins. 2.) PayPal, checks, money orders. Feeless methods obviously preferred... 3.) Shipping is $15. Will be double-boxed USPS priority mail. 4.) I will accept returns for any reason. The window for a return is one week from day received, at buyer’s expense. 5.) Nobody on naughty lists. I reserve the right to not do business with anyone, for any reason. 6.) I have a kudos thread in my profile with nothing but positives. I can also provide my eBay handle via PM if desired (100% feedback).
  4. Anyone heard from this gentleman? Hope everything’s ok...only been a week, but he had intention to come back the morning after his last post and did not. Also hasn’t read my PMs.
  5. Hate the idea of people cracking & taping for a grade bump.
  6. Thanks, got it. Oh, and the AMEXSAVE, required the use of an american express card. I didn't see that as a stipulation in the details, so must have missed it when skimming...found when I went to use it though.
  7. Another interesting interview, he's actually really articulate. Has he always had that slur?
  8. Y’all see the turtlemania gold on eBay right now (not mine)? 9.2 qualified, 7 days left, 22 bids, currently at $40k
  9. I hate to admit it but the fast track is almost becoming mandatory. It’s pretty bad when I find myself forgetting what books I have out for grading. On the other hand, when I finally get them back, it’s literally like Christmas when I was a kid.
  10. Sorry for the shameless plug, but if anyone wants a Turtlemania Silver, this one WILL be selling in 14 days: https://comiclink.com/auctions/item.asp?back=%2FAUCTIONS%2FSEARCH.ASP%3FFocusedOnly%3D1%26where%3Dauctions%26title%3Dturtlemania%2Bsilver%26ItemType%3DCB%23Item_1362129&id=1362129&itemType=0
  11. Hard to tell from pic but could be a bindery tear, which is considered a production flaw...and doesn't impact technical grade. However, I thought 10's were reserved for books with that little extra "jenesequa", which I would think includes not having manufacturing defects. With that said, my money's on it got damaged post-slabbing, and a reholder could yield a lower grade (if they suspect damage they reserve the right to regrade it, even if sent in for just a reholder).
  12. This is a frequent glitch. Most of the time if I hit the magnifying glass (search) button, with nothing in the search box, my orders load. It doesn't always work though...
  13. sheesh, how many are y'all hoarding?! This thread is single handedly cornering the market....
  14. You're not alone. It's ridiculously useless... Google is my hack as well...
  15. Just imagine the high those guys are on right now...taking that risk and having it pay off big. Happy for ‘em... It’s shocking the studio allowed it too...
