  1. Call Customer Support, (1) 855-472-3310
  2. Same thing just happened to me. Two shipments scanned in on 4/2. Neither of which have yet to be opened. Also spoke to a CS rep and she said she would open a ticket as well. Goofy thing, the caller just before me had his submission arrive on 4/1 and it hadn't been opened either. She opened up a ticket for that member as well.
  3. Check out this post. My mind is blown. https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/534388-orders-not-showing-up-in-submission-tracking/?do=findComment&comment=13150158 @captainzombie @Nschenks
  4. @Vrishnak Check this post out. I don't what the heck CGC is doing when it comes to opening their mail ... https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/534388-orders-not-showing-up-in-submission-tracking/?do=findComment&comment=13150158
  5. Hey @MattM CS - Ok, please help me understand this: I sent in a six book MFT order (#CGC1795315525) which was delivered this past Tuesday, 4/9, Scanned in the next day, 4/10, and was just posted in my Submission Tracking this afternoon, 4/11 (Submission #4413679). CC has been charged. But what about the two orders from 4/1 which I started this initial thread about? How did they skipped? Thank you!
  6. Yes! https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/534452-submission-received-at-post-office-april-1st-still-pending-received-on-my-submissions/
  7. @jstam posted about this yesterday ... https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/533898-registry-bugs/?do=findComment&comment=13149116
  8. I am in the same boat as you. Had two submissions in two different packages arrive on 4/1 and were scanned in on 4/2. Neither have yet to post in my Submission Tracking. https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/534388-orders-not-showing-up-in-submission-tracking/
  9. Dear CGC, I called Customer Service yesterday and spoke with Rachelle. It was in regards to two orders: CGC0232503306 - Four books, Fast Track Modern Grading and Imaging (no pressing). CGC3293975369 - One slab to be Reholdered with imaging. Each order was sent in separate boxes. Both packages were delivered to your facility on 4/1 and scanned in the very next day, 4/2. As of this writing, neither are in my Submission Tracking. In speaking with Rachelle she didn't think receiving was that far behind in opening mail. So I'm just wondering what the delay is. Spring Break? Easter? Wondercon submissions? The Eclipse? Thank you.
  10. Updates: 1st Submission - Fast Track Grading and Imaging. Currently at G/GC as of this writing, 4/1 (or since last Thursday, 3/28). Called CS today and was told slabs were on their way to Imaging. Note, Imaging is now Tier plus 2 days per Fee and Grading chart. 2nd Submission - Fast Track Pressing, Grading and Imaging. CCS In Process did not begin until 3/27. Submission still at this status as of 4/1.
  11. Dear CGC, I have a Fast Track Submission, Submission # 4400470, which shows up in my Submission Tracking as having been received on 3/15/24. The submission was for both pressing and grading. Per the documented current turnaround time page, the estimated TAT for Fast Track Pressing is 8 days. As of this writing, the current status is the same as it was back on 3/15, "Received at CCS." Based on the estimates, I would have thought by now, the status for the submission in question would be SFG or G/E/I. But like I said, pressing hasn't even begun. Next Monday, 4/1, it will definitely be past the estimated 8 day TAT for Fast Track Pressing. All that said, is my submission lost or is there some reason for the delay? I mean c'mon, it's just 4 books. Thank you.
  12. Indeed you did! Congratulations. Both of my two 3/15 submissions still have the same status. *sigh*
  13. Will be interesting to see which 3/15/24 submission is processed faster ...
  14. Thank you, Barton! I too thought that the 9.6 MTA #5 was a unicorn but according to the census there are four 9.6 copies now.
  15. Some recent additions from various sources The First Double Cover in my collection and it's a Picture Frame!!

  17. It's happening again. Right this very moment. Is this going to be happening on the daily?
  18. I started using Westfield's Subscription service starting in August of 1983. My nearest LCS at the time was like 50 miles away and not only did I get tired of the drive but by the time I'd get there (typically on the weekends), most of the new issues I were after were already sold out. When I signed up with Westfield, I never missed an issue again. LOVED getting that monthly shipment. It was like Christmas once a month all year long. Furthermore, I thought the Westfield catalog's were awesome. A majority of the time, the covers of the catalog's were done by professional's in the industry. One I distinctly remember was this fantastic Grendel (Hunter Rose) cover by Matt Wagner. Which in turn started me reading Grendel (all incarnations). But original art covers? Nice! I still wish I had some of them. And the selection of what you could purchase went above and beyond. I was into the Doc Savage paperback reprints by Bantam and I could order those from Westfield too! Again, it saved me from having to go to either a Waldenbooks or a B. Dalton book store to find the latest release. Then there was the customer service. Any problems with a recent order, I'd call and always speak to "Mary." Always helpful, always friendly. I pretty much dropped out of comics in the late 80's/early 90's and consequently Westfield because there was just this explosion of comics. I was willing to try and keep up but finally the wallet spoke up and reminded me that due to other obligations, my discretionary income was not as vast as it used to be. Sorry, @EastEnd1, my intent was not to derail your wonderful thread. Just another Westfield alumni here. I think I read once where Kurt Busiek was also a Westfield customer!
  19. This is something you may want to ask the Registry Administer about in the CGC Registry Forum. @jstam
