Nope, that won't fix it "web help." I clear out my cache and cookies every night on my browser and to make sure my laptop gets a thorough cleaning, I use WebRoot Security to root out and clear out everything. This morning, I'm still having the same issue with a fresh new session. Furthermore, this statement ... I suspect they have had the same window open since the go live. ... is pretty darn condescending.

Auction bids are binding. Do not bid unless you intend to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. How do people not understand this?!?!? This is the second week I've been notified of a gutless deadbeat winner who didn't pay up for one of my auction items! @mycomicshop Conan, the notice says the winning bidder will be banned from participating in future auctions. What's to stop these deadbeats from signing up using a different e-mail address and credit card number and continuing the cycle?

Dear CGC - I'm trying to find out what is going on with the above mentioned submission number. It's been sitting in G/E/I for exactly one week now and I would like to know what's keeping it from getting to G/QC or even Shipped. Thank you for your time!

My submission is still sitting at GEI. Which makes it a full week now. *sigh*

I have a MFT submission (#4150903) which has been sitting in G/E/I since the middle of last week. I just spoke to customer service this morning to find out what the snag is. To my surprise, customer service told me it was actually in G/QC and will probably ship anytime now. I asked why the status change wasn't reflected in my Submission Tracking. Got kind of a non-answer but was told if it hasn't shipped by this Thursday, to call back.

This was as of 9/22/22 when I received an e-mail back from CGC customer service to which I replied: I spoke to a 'Ryan' in customer service yesterday who bluntly told me that if it was someone else who sent the book in for grading (in this case AlexRossArt.com) my slab with trapped debris was not eligible for your complimentary reholder service. I would have to send the slab back on my own dime and use the Reholder service. Which I've gone ahead and done. And I just got back from the post office and shipped the book back. This was confirmed by a follow-up e-mail from a CGC Supervisor. Said reholder hit Submission Tracking on 10/6/22 (post Hurricane Ian) and has remained in SFG ever since.

Mmmm, I'm not so sure about that. In the old days, if your slab was mislabeled or damaged, no matter where you got it from, you could send it back as an ME. Now the rule is (per Customer Service), if you sent in the books yourself and something ends up being wrong, you can still get them fixed through an ME. However, if you purchased the slab from someone else and there's something wrong, you have to send it back and pay to have it reholdered. Right now there's a CGC on eBay I'd really like to buy but the label is misspelled. But if I do, I can't get it fixed via an ME. I'd have to send it back on my own dime and pay to have it reholdered.

Maybe, maybe not. The issue in question was corrected within an hour of my posting (please see screen cap below). But something like this has happened to me too many times to count. The first time, I thought the same as you. Sent in 4 books, got to submission tracking and the title of the books had all been changed from what I had on the packing slip. I was naive to think that someone in Grading or QC would catch it. When I received my shipment, I had to go through the hassle of sending all 4 slabs back as ME's because they were all mislabeled. So whenever I send in submissions now, as soon as they hit the Submission Tracking, I check. And if anything is out of whack, I notify CGC pronto. Primarily because I dislike sending things back just because someone couldn't get the job done right the first time around.

Hi - I am trying to find out the status of the above mentioned order. It was a Reholder submission and was in the same package as order CGC4096365156. The latter of which is now in Submission Tracking (Submission 4150903). Thank you.
