  1. I guess it depends on the cover. Some of them have pretty good homage covers on them. Some like you stated look terrible.
  2. I was looking around eBay and came across the Do You Pooh homage cover books. I was kind of taken aboack at the pricing on some of them. Do they have that big a following? Looks like there is a ton of different covers. Anyone know if any are sought out?
  3. I thought it exposed just how fake the art world is, the people within it are, the prices of the art is, and the length the parties within it will go to keep prices inflated. My favorite comment was that there are few leaders within the art world and many lemmings.
  4. That is brought up in the documentary The Price of Everything and talked about. If you want to see how "fake" the art world is, and what happens to gin up interest in the next auction/big thing/under valued artist/whatever watch it.
  5. I went into a Wal-Mart in the sticks yesterday and walked out with 3 McFarlane Toys TitanFall 2 BT-7274 deluxe figures for just under 30.00 each. They were just sitting on the shelf saying please buy me. So, I did.
  6. For whatever reason Brett's work (outside of his early stuff, i.e., Kindred/Backlash) doesn't seem to be on anyone's radar. The guy has talent and his work on the Flash was exceptional. It will be interesting to see what that page ends up selling for at the end of the auction.
