  1. Only on the director's cut DVD to be released in July.
  2. I need this book. Is it as awesome as it looks?
  3. Help - am looking for a San Diego badge for a friend of a friend. Any leads would be very much appreciated. LMK.
  4. Hole in the Wall closed a couple years ago. The plant store closed - it was the worst comic store I have ever been to. Note that the DC area is the worst large city in the country for comic stores. You want to buy comics? Come to my house.
  5. So I'm skimming through this - is it the case that the two people stole less than $30K worth of stuff and reslabbed it? My thought is that these are small time crooks who are clueless - there would be millions to be made from someone who had this kind of access and these two clowns got busted for thirty grand?
  6. These are so bad. This five or so year period of Marvel is - in my opinion - the nadir of the company's output in the entire "Marvel Age".

  8. BTW I had forgotten how terrible the post Simonson issues were.
  9. Where is that? If there are some of the short prints or variants I might be interested.
  10. No, and even if you think this, stay at the official hotel.
  11. So I set up at the local Annandale show on Saturday here. It didn't snow, just rained. There were more comic books in the room than at the New Orleans show, I'd put money on it. Admission was $3, tables cost $75, and there was no hassle. Big shows are almost entirely - Heroes and Baltimore are the big exception - not comic book shows anymore. Go to a little show.
