So New Gods 1 is on my radar. Going to try and grab a raw. Another book on my radar is Hawk & Dove # 1. I noticed there is a CGC 9.4 WHITE Hawk & The Dove 1 (60s) for $350. There are 142 on the census, 4 9.6 & 10 9.4. So so wait for a raw NG #1 or grab H & D # 1 now?

Did you know CGC recommends you get their slabs be cracked open and re-slab bed every 7 years? Is this true? I was told it's because the gas they use in the slabs deteriorate every 7 years

That is not a lot. And the same logic is applied to hulk 181, ASM 129 etc yet those books and other Bronze Age books continue to climb

Been waiting for a BA correction that will never come. Meanwhile the books I want continue to increase. I can't take it anymore!?? I am close to buying a nice 9.6 All-Star Comics #58. The 9.8s are tempting. Those are in the Harley Quinn range ? & 25 years older.

Got a con coming up in my area in Sept, going to look for these in high grade.

Aquaman - I really like this book, it has an old school feel to it. All Star Batman - I cant stand JRJ art & the story was ok. Trade wait this one. Batman - really, really good read. Nice to see some old villains. Nightwing - gives me background story to the main bat book, but it is not a supporting book, it stands on its own and expands the bat universe nicly. Deathstroke - average but going to stick with it. Supergirl - AAARGH! horrible. Wonder Woman - they fixed her origin story, it makes sense. Great book. JLA - hey, its JLA! Super Woman - liked this a lot. Hipster batgirl - terrible, just terrible! I hate how they have batgirl texting and speaking 20 something lingo thinking she is all hip and this will open the flood gates and get all females, text peeps and hipsters to flock to this book. Harley Quinn - this book is clearly not aimed at me. it made no sense and seemed to try for the deadpool humor. I hated it. Hal Jordan - solid GL stories Hellblazer - NO! I tried to read it, but I do not care for the character. This type of character does not appeal to me. Going to read: GA, GL, Detective, Action, Flash, SS. Titans

I HATE the new hipster batgirl. There was no reason for her to exist. I tried Harley Quinn, but I found that book too much like that Deadpool humor. Its not a book for me or written for me. Purchased Supergirl #1 but I feel disappoin ted as it follows the tv show. And NO upskirts! BIG downer! I anxiously await the return of the real PRE-CRISIS JSA, real Shazam family, and real LSH. REAL Freedom Figthers & REAL OMAC & REAL KAMANDI would be nice too!

I want nice high-grade copies of some of my fav covers. I don't care what their value is. For example, I have some 9.6s of some of my fav DC bronze age books that have little value or have not really appreciated much, but I love them. I have many of these books. All reading copies. When I am at cons, I do look for high-grade issues but I never find any. I watch the two 9.8 Planet of the Vampires #1 (Adams cover) on eBay. They never sell because the guy wants around $250. There is a nice 9.4 copy for $79.

Its SSO HOT they listed the wrong comic! I know people are going to hit up some stores tomorrow to grab all remaining copies....
