Although the information is automatically entered from my membership, the site will not let me submit a mechanical error reholder order. I've tried different credit cards to see if that was the issue, but I always get the same error. I've also tried different devices (ipads, iphones, laptop, etc.). "There was an issue with your inbound shipping information" then it prompts me to edit the information. The information is accurate and has been used for multiple submissions (including other returns for mechanical errors" in recent past. Anyone else getting this error? I have an email into CGC support, but wondering if it's the site and not something I'm doing.

Anyone else getting slabs with a weird “residue”. I just got these back. It looks as if this is smudges or defects to the inner casing. Not scratches to the outer case. Also had finger prints on the case, which can be wiped away but just another annoyance. I just sent in 2 slabs for reholdering for this same reason, but I bought those off eBay a few years back. Now it’s showing up in new slabs? What is this?

Can you request he use a specific color, or bring your own sharpie?

Is the special label with stan's head graphic and silver signature still available for witnessed signature books? If so, how does one apply for it? Do you ask cgc at their table when you fill out the paperwork?
