I love Sam Kieth's work. But for some reason whenever I see his original art in person, I'm often underwhelmed. When this piece went up for auction it looked amazing on the auction website, but in the back of my mind I was afraid that if I were to win, I would be disappointed with it. I was very wrong. Have a look Sandman
In the description of the piece on the auction website, they never mentioned that Keith was the Sandman co-creator and they also credited him for having done artwork for "The Doll's House" which he had nothing to do with. Do you think mistakes in the descriptions affect auction sales?

My favorite adult comic is Birdland by Gilbert Hernandez. I have been looking for a page with his character Bang Bang and I finally got one. *WARNING* page is not work friendly, but have a look. Birdland

Had my eye on this for a while. Bisley did some great covers for Hellblazer and this piece is a part of my favorite. Have a look. Bisley

A few years ago I brought my Jammer T-shrit with me while vacationing in Germany and England. I took a few pics with it on and posted them on Bernie Mireault's facebook page (see pic). I recently asked him to do a commission of one of the pictures with me replaced by the Jammer. He chose one and as always, he did a great job. I'm always happy to get a commission from Bernie. It's always a fun experience. Have a look. Mireault

Production page question
in Original Comic Art
Posted
I'm considering buying a production page but I don't know much about them. If you put one in my hand I would have no idea what to look for to know if it is real or not. Can anyone tell me what it is, what it was for, and how to know if it is the real deal and not some copy that has been Xeroxed over an over?
