  1. Yes I have had this happen to me, both as receiving the package and as the sender of the package.
  2. watched this yesterday, I subscribe to the channel he has excellent content and analysis.
  3. Enjoyed The Beekeeper for what it was and went into it with expectations that it met. 6/10 As to my suggested mash-up; The Beekeeper vs The Equalizer vs. John Wick it would be an interesting fight!
  4. agreed. If this is the stance, then all the Bethlehem pedigree books need to be qualified as an example.
  5. everything always works out positively regarding my vehicle. Some examples: -No one in front of me when driving -always make the light -is always a convenient parking space -fuel price drops when I need to fuel up -sale on parts I need -mechanic fixes it in most economical manner -absolutely everyone I encounter is obeying traffic laws and is courteous. -never any construction on the route I drive Etc
  6. Same. I also fell asleep when Madam Web left the 3 girls in the forest. Boring movie
  7. I agree. Then you have Bob Iger saying that they are going to change things from what was in the comics to bring a fresh perspective to the Fantastic Four that hasn't been seen before. I ask why? I really would like to see the greatest stories told in the comics on the big screen, that is after all why the infinity saga was so great.
  8. I also happily paid to see almost all superhero films on the big screen. Thor: Love and Thunder changed that for me though and since then have not put much money towards superhero movies and TV as I no longer have any trust in them to deliver anything of quality. I have also been correct to not do so! If friends ask me I would go see Deadpool 3.
  9. what you are missing is that anyone can ask a price for what they are selling. Is it worth it? Not in the slightest. His book isn't rare nor is the manufacturing defect
  10. Dakota has the charisma of cardboard in this film
  11. https://www.ebay.com/itm/204609274984?itmmeta=01HPW2Z32YHPKK8Q5NSVY4P7TJ&hash=item2fa3a9c468:g:uqIAAOSwvXdk45sK&itmprp=enc%3AAQAIAAABAJr2%2FVZq%2BU7k7ymTMyx136WxPjeMK77RgavD1P3JYGlf64ysLt4rS14Iuw2a0jsJtbrTwL2penri4I%2Fm1Mfz2B7z7O3A4q3asEbUZeYJ%2FNeD5LtBvoK58l7OB%2B1y8GH4RyM%2BizSThzqQ%2BE5HFsJR0w4meym56msCoC7DRBYvoATUToe3F1do3Xob9hEqfmkWKnKT6u29mAtxiYnMy42k%2BD2NK5V71na7Hk%2FOnks522x8DAdXqPtljTNfi5kvJFHRncsoo8tjsg33uS3FoqDwJPSrE5qIePAscvlTpGS4o9LUYbKrsB5Jy32H%2BzpisxFH%2BfKebZkJUUHMyYkUPbUem0E%3D|tkp%3ABFBMxrH8grdj I never see the sketch version either. Only the regular version
  12. "Power", "powerful", "empowered", "powerful", "empowered". ETC. All the interviews with the cast they all say the same garbage. Show me a good movie instead of telling me.
  13. Is a non-binary character, does that count? Pass for me. Disney more concerned with DEI than anything else.
  14. something to do with the Deadpool 3 trailer? Anyone know specifically why?
  15. depends on the nature of the staining. If it is something that is surface only that can be removed then it can be improved.
  16. My first comic I ever bought was a Fantastic Four 112 and I still own that original copy which is a miracle. I lived on a farm back then, and my Father wanted to get some rye bread and lunch meats as he liked to eat that with hot mustard. He would get headcheese ( yuck ) as he knew I didn't like it. We went into the city, and when we got there he gave me the change in his pocket and told me to "go to the used book store across the street and buy some comics" Paul's Book store was the place, and he had shelves and shelves of used books for sale at half cover. You could also trade 2 for 1. Fantastic Four 112 really stood out to me, that black cover and those powerful looking heroes ready to do battle. I really liked what I had read and collected the Hulk until I had them all. Decent feat for a kid age 14 with a paper route.
  17. Fair comment, and I can add that I think it is great that they are willing to give new people a chance. Now my hope is that the movie story/ content is spectacular and captures Star Wars in a way that enthralls fans
  18. I personally don't care who leads the show, but based on the trailers that have been shown I don't see why members of this forum can't post their opinions. I do hope the show is amazing.
  19. Yeah it made no sense in the show because the TV version of Echo does not have the same abilities as in the comic. The comic version is like the Taskmaster, she can perfectly replicate the fighting abilities of anyone she watches. So in this TV version it is like your sister who has taken some karate classes fighting DD. I especially liked the "move" where she holds her leg in the air mid fight, and DD just stands there waiting to see what she does, and Echo lets go of her leg swiping it at DD's face. It is painfully slow, and looks completely ineffective and it is as it doesn't faze DD in the slightest.
  20. another issue is the extremely vague description by CGC on exactly how much color touch there actually is on the book. I watched a friend crack open a Fantastic Four 45 that had the description "small amount of color touch on spine". Once opened and we could actually inspect the book it was revealed the entire spine was heavily touched as were other parts of the book at the top, bottom and sides. An estimate is 20% of the surface of the front cover was touched.
