    Thank you 1Cool. I was mostly worried about the quality of the spine too... If it is really brittle, I'm worried it will be graded more harshly... more around the 1.5-2.0 mark. Any other opinions?

    Hello boardies, I'm considering buying this beauty (these are the only photos available), but I am having trouble with separating my heart from my head (and my wallet). Needless to say, I would really appreciate some feedback on what you think the grade would be on this? I've been told that the cover and all pages are attached. Thanks in advance!

    Giant Size X-Men #1 CGC 9.2 - $1,400 SOLD! (12month GPA = $1,613) The slab is in near mint condition, so much so that I didn't even take it out of the protective mylar sleeve (hence the tape on the back, the tape is on the mylar sleeve...not the slab). No splits, scratches or scuffs. However...... FAIR WARNING. I feel that this comic is slightly over graded and my selling price reflects this. There is some spine twisting (as is common with GSX1's) and also some slight chipping to the right edge of the front cover. END OF FAIR WARNING
