  1. There are rumors of a Triple Action! But don't think that one has much substance to it.
  2. Kinda scary that it has been almost 20 years since we were posting in this thread and questioning whether Double Action #1 existed. It does, as the post above proves. And I even know where it is. ;)
  3. I am honored to let everyone know of this new graphic novel for which I authored the introduction. This is a topic that is near and dear to my heart on several levels. My grandfather was Rabbi David Max Eichhorn, who as a U.S. Army Chaplain helped liberate Dachau Concentration Camp in April 1945 and then performed services for the survivors. And I represent whistleblowers in my day job. So, when I was asked by the writer Raphael Medoff to contribute to this historic work, I jumped at the opportunity. Dean Motter is the artist. Copies can be purchased here: https://www.amazon.com/Whistleblowers-Fought-Expose-Holocaust-America/dp/1506737609 (FYI, I make no money on the book). Raphael and I were interviewed by Fanboy Factor and the video can be watched here: And if you are interested in watching us live, we will be appearing virtually on Monday, April 15, 2024, at noon EST. Registration is FREE: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/whistleblowers-who-exposed-the-holocaust-tickets-872588364287?utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-medium=discovery&utm-term=listing&utm-source=cp&aff=ebdsshcopyurl&fbclid=IwAR2M3hQmj7cl0usLKr6Ib3sFcuxOLc4ADxGuA1yBoPYqZJgrPJhr-A9qnr8
  4. Just slightly! Using the boards to help keep my sanity, which is not often enough! For those interested in the topic of the Holocaust and comics, this might interest you:
  5. More Fun Comics #14 (DC, 1936) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white pages. First appearance of Dr. Occult (a Superman prototype) in DC Comics, in color, and in costume! Vince Sullivan cover. Joe Shuster, Leo O'Mealia, and Whitney Ellsworth art. Jerry Siegel story. Gerber "7" or "scarce." Incredibly solid copy of this rare and historic book. A CGC 3.5 conserved copy sold for $3,240 on July 7, 2022. Heritage has sold just a handful of copies over the last two decades. There are only 11 copies graded higher, and the highest is not surprisingly just a 7.0. $5,000.00
  6. If anyone is interested in any of the books posted above before April 13, 2024, please DM.
  7. Thanks for the kind words. For those interested in my grandfather's story, particularly his time at Dachau (including amazing video of his service for the survivors), you can check out this detailed Twitter thread I created for the 75th anniversary: https://x.com/MarkSZaidEsq/status/1255510572617076743
  8. I'm pretty sure our defendant (in the first photo) thinks he looks like the guy below him.
