  2. I have a Walkthrough Submission that is almost exactly the same as your timeline however it has been GEI since 3/2/23 with no update...
  3. I am very disappointed in CGC’s handling of my comic. As you can see from the before picture this damage was done sometime during the grading process. I have never had a book damaged like this. Do I have any options or is this “par for the course” now?
  4. Really disappointed with how CGC handled my book, excessive in my opinion. It obviously happened while it was being put in the slab. Should I reach out to customer service or will they not care?
  5. My books now show received 10/21/21 and my walkthrough is now "grading". Guess I got lucky and got in touch with the right person in customer service yesterday.
  6. In conclusion my package has not been entered into the system with a received date of 10/21/21.
  7. Walkthrough was received on 10/4/21, still not opened. Customer Service said this morning that I am on a "list" of people who sent in Walkthrough and Express that have yet to be opened. Crazy that they reduced Walkthrough turnaround from 13 to 12 days and its been 13 business days and my box hasn't been opened. I'm hoping worst case scenario it gets opened when they are "Opening boxes that arrived October 4th".
  8. @CGC Comics @Jennifer F. This is the craziest experience I have had with CGC. Just got off the phone with customer service and was told (probably the right information). My package was not accidentally given to Signature Series...Signature Series team is now doing walkthrough and express submissions as they are not as busy. (I was told this by a customer service rep who seems like they knew what they were talking about.) My package got delivered 10/4/21 and as of today 10/20/21 has been at CGC for (13) business days which was the turnaround time when received. (Funny thing is that now Walkthrough is 12 business days.) My box has not been opened or entered into the system. The customer service rep stated that there is a LIST of people just like me who's Walkthrough and Express boxes have yet to be opened. So I guess the turnaround isn't 12-13 days, huh?

  10. I just called customer service again and spoke to a less than friendly individual. What I am most upset by is the lack of urgency...supposedly emails have been sent to the Signature Series team to get my package and take it to the standard receiving team. Every time I contact customer service there is no update/they can't see anything, they cant even tell me they received an email confirmation back.
  11. Honestly, the lack of urgency is what makes me most upset. I just want my books to be entered into the system.
  12. Newest update, the box was sent to Signature Series receiving team instead of the regular team...they are tracking down the box as of yesterday. As of tomorrow they will have a 4 business day turnaround to get my Walkthrough graded.
  13. Jennifer, After speaking with a customer service rep this morning, they are contacting the warehouse team to grab the package as it seems to have been missed. I didn't really receive a clear answer as to what happened, however they do acknowledge that it was received on 10/4/21. Thank You
  14. Hi CGC, My most recent shipment was received on Monday 10/4/21, however it has not yet been entered into the system. I understand the estimated turnaround time is (13) business days, but I thought that Walkthrough boxes were opened immediately. (I did clearly mark "WK" on all sides of the box. Thank You!
