    If it makes you feel any better, although it was shipped on 3/3/23 and I was informed it would be delivered early today (3/7/23), it shows no movement after arriving in Ocala, FL.

    I have a Walkthrough Submission that is almost exactly the same as your timeline however it has been GEI since 3/2/23 with no update...

This example actually has an overhang that is similar to yours. Yours actually has more egregious chipping/tearing damage halfway down the cover which may make it dangerous to encapsulate as well.

    (It's possible that technology has increased to the point where encapsulation is possible for more types of comic book defects.)

  5. Walkthrough was received on 10/4/21, still not opened. Customer Service said this morning that I am on a "list" of people who sent in Walkthrough and Express that have yet to be opened. Crazy  that they reduced Walkthrough turnaround from 13 to 12 days and its been 13 business days and my box hasn't been opened.

    I'm hoping worst case scenario it gets opened when they are "Opening boxes that arrived October 4th".

    This is the craziest experience I have had with CGC.

    Just got off the phone with customer service and was told (probably the right information). 

    My package was not accidentally given to Signature Series...Signature Series team is now doing walkthrough and express submissions as they are not as busy. (I was told this by a customer service rep who seems like they knew what they were talking about.)

    My package got delivered 10/4/21 and as of today 10/20/21 has been at CGC for (13) business days which was the turnaround time when received. (Funny thing is that now Walkthrough is 12 business days.)

    My box has not been opened or entered into the system. The customer service rep stated that there is a LIST of people just like me who's Walkthrough and Express boxes have yet to be opened. 

    So I guess the turnaround isn't 12-13 days, huh?

    I just called customer service again and spoke to a less than friendly individual. 

    What I am most upset by is the lack of urgency...supposedly emails have been sent to the Signature Series team to get my package and take it to the standard receiving team.

    Every time I contact customer service there is no update/they can't see anything, they cant even tell me they received an email confirmation back.

    Unacceptable...I hope this gets situated by CGC and you get your books!

    Newest update, the box was sent to Signature Series receiving team instead of the regular team...they are tracking down the box as of yesterday. As of tomorrow they will have a 4 business day turnaround to get my Walkthrough graded.
