As the title says, here to build up cred!

So, what would a "VF" conditioned IH 181 w/ the whole page that has the MVS cut out be worth? (price range). I think it's different that ones where cut the sliver of where the MVS is cutout. Also, how would CGC and/or CBCS classify that if one were to grade it? Just trying to gauge some information prior to pursuing this book. I haven't been quoted a price yet. Wanted to be prepared before it happens. Thanks in advance for any information from you all.

Quick update: book was pressed and graded - 7.5 (back is far from white so maybe that affected it a lot).....BUT I had managed to get another copy and it graded 8.5!! Now, do I trade both of these up to get a 9.4??? hmm.........

What’s a good price that y’all would buy in at? (Range from low to high)

What about the pen marks? How does that affect grades? I’m more used to sports cards so I still a novice when it comes to how things affect grades on Comics.

Looks pretty sweet. Mine had arrived on Saturday, but I couldn’t pick it up until today with my neighborhood blocked off for a local festival/parade so the postman couldn’t deliver and Monday being Columbus Day. My 7.0.......

So I finally landed my second IH181 copy (CGC 7.0). It amazing getting my first one, but never expected to get the second one. ? ??

So, I had picked up a decent ungraded Hulk 181 a couple of weeks ago. Amazingly, I've got another opportunity to buy one graded CGC 7.0. I know prices can vary greatly in past sales on eBay & other outlets. Wondering what you all think about how much you'd like to buy at a good price. Also, I know not all 7.0's look alike. Clean white back, no spine ticks that beaks color, but there is a slight quarter ink crease (not deep) on the surface that breaks color. That's the only thing I see wrong. Thanks in advance on any feedback.
