  1. Disney made changes to all of the originals, AFAIK, since they typically end in tragedy rather than happiness. I guess they're going back to tragedies and travesties...
  2. I saw that yesterday, and my first thought was: If you're going to change the whole story, why use the story's title and character...? It's ultimately not Snow White or her story...
  3. I don't know much at all about the comic book series, but the Static Shock cartoon was fun. Would prefer him in a movie over a lazy swap.
  4. IMO it is not worth it to re-holder for cracks like that right now, because the risk outweighs the benefit.
  5. Transformers are out of their league. Try Mini-Cons. Micronauts still lose. They're just losers.
  6. Sounds like CGC 'ruined' your comics via pressing and/or handling.
  7. I don't recall Nolan ever pandering to that before, though. I guess he seized the opportunity with Pugh and Blunt...
  8. Agree with you there. I think it was purposeful in Tenet, but I didn't see anything visually that would have been more important than any of the character dialogue. Additional thought: I don't feel like the R rating was earned. I don't think that the nudity added enough to limit the audience, somewhat padding the runtime.
  9. I have purchased "lots", which were around 60 issues max, typically all of the same title.
  10. Maybe they used "reprint" in overkill during the process so that the correct label was printed? To avoid another AC1 reprint label fiasco. Is "REPRINT" actually printed next to the signing info on the label?
  11. Would they be worth $500+ when slabbed? If yes, then yes. If no, then no. If unsure, then more research is required on your end before we can help determine this for you...
  12. There's only 1 scene that'll standout between seeing this in theaters and at home. It's an overrated movie, albeit still good to some degree. Can't say it's as good as what Nolan did pre-Dunkirk. Too much political embellishment for me.
  13. Forgot about New Gods, and that Green Lantern Corps has been in limbo for a decade.
  14. I stopped reading after 1000, so didn't know about the 1050. The 1050 is closer to what I'm talking about; Modernized remakes. It took me too long to recognize how 900 homages #1.
  15. Batfleck being "trapped in time" is... The most interesting aspect of that statement. I would love to have seen how that logic worked out.
  16. Offer whatever PCH you have, to me, at a discount.
  17. You gotta remember that there are "purists" who think Batman shouldn't kill whatsoever, which could be a reason for those "critic" scores (letting Ra's die at the end). I wouldn't put Begins in my Top 5, but it's up there with Man of Steel and Iron Man as far as origin stories, IMO. As for Interstellar; It's only the end that really bothers me, but I get that they're going with "love transcends our current level of understanding", much like theoretical wormholes. Still, the 5-dimensional tesseract and ability to communicate with the past is just... Too much fantasy even for that movie.
  18. I simply wish that AC1000 got an AC1 cover remake by Alex Ross the same way he did one of DC27 for DC1000.
