  1. Just curious is there an updated blocked user list anywhere?
  2. Well I think it's in the shadow of 62 by the rule of "1st app" but yeah. Blastaar is in 63 much more than 62 which is just a couple of panels if I remember right. FF62 is more about Richards being trapped in the negative zone more than anything else.
  3. @CGC Mikeany chance the Mcfarlane scroll label will be made available for non private signing books? I mean primarily for reholders of previously signed Mcfarlane signature series books.
  4. Ughh....could not resist Todd uses the perfect inks bright enough show through. Everything was just right with this one, even the T bag. Todd = the man👍
  5. Ughh...just need that 62 to make it 3 for 3X! Love to get my hands on that copy that's just right
  6. As with everything else in this hobby, it's a matter of opinion and depends who's answering the question. Just my , I think there's a place for it. The sticker can be a factor in a certain grade range where there's often wide divergence in eye appeal like maybe mid grades. The higher grade NMs can have subtle finite differences between them that are tough to spot on a scan like tiny spine ticks. Other cases can involve color depth on some copies being a little more vibrant than others. Just one example but I know of a few ASM issues that are notoriously different in color depth from copy to copy. The fact that grading is so unavoidably subjective has given an opening to this type of thing. So overall I think it has a place except maybe for 9.8s where it can just be redundant at that point. Whether it's worth a sizable premium? That's up to the individual judging the copy for themselves to the best of their ability.
  7. Yeah very anecdotal but couple 9.4s I was after last night were most definitely not easing! Be nice if they were.
  8. I might add the factor of color touch or other restoration. Even experienced hobbyists wouldn't have an easy time detecting an A-1 level color touch with the naked eye. There's also staple replacements like chemical cleaning or vintage staple replacements that are tough to detect for anybody. Either will result in a purple or conserved label.
  9. Or the UPC box with the Mcfarlane sketch would be a giveaway.
  10. Hmnnn never figured Surfer was his fave. I always thought it may have been DD or of course Spidey. Cool to know🤘. Wonder if he ever expressed a favorite villain?
  11. My first purple label. Everything came together on this one - the level of resto (B-1), the minimum extent, eye appeal, WP, important issue and price was acceptable. I'll be selling the 8.0 blue👍
  12. If Bronze age runs through 1984 as indicated in the cgc screenshot above, it means that ASM 252 and Secret wars is bronze age. They are not bronze age. It ends in 1983 at the latest.
