Pulling a Book From a Group of Several After You've Submitted the Form?

This is my first time submitting to CGC. I just submitted the form for several books for the Shooter signing. After submitting the form and printing out the packing slip I noticed a color-breaking cover flaw in one of my items that I had not previously noticed. So now I would rather not submit it. What is the best way for me to proceed? At this point it is not letting me go back to change it. I could redo the whole thing and get a entirely new submission number and just abandon this one. I could send everything except that item under that submission number, but then I worry that whoever processes it would think an item got lost.
