I appreciate the quick response to my inquiry, and I know how hard you guys & gals work to get these done ASAP. Also I'm aware of the additional staff you've been working on. However it would be nice to know after something is submitted what the backup is currently. Personally even if it's going to be a year or more before I get my books back that's fine, but it may change which books I send and when. So a very rough estimate of 3-6 months or 12-15 months would be helpful. Maybe an automated email could be sent when the status of the submission changes or if any notes are added to the order.

Charles Gentry of KYSS submitted 25 Comics & Magazines last year but has not received them yet. Can you please estimate when they will be completed or when I should be expect to receive them? I understand you have been backed up for several months, but this is getting extra long. I have renewed my account, but I couldn't update my credit card on file. Please use the one I paid for my account with.

I would like to suggest that CGC consider creating a spreadsheet or downloadable form to fill out for the 25 book submissions. Alternatively I would be willing to create the spreadsheet or offer a form to be used at no cost. Also I'm finding it rather cumbersome to submit 25 books online with all the details being requested. If there was a 10 or 15 book option, that would be helpful. Or maybe not require as many details for each book. The other issue seems to be if the submission is mixed with magazines and modern comics. Collectors & Dealers please add your comments or suggestions to the post to let CGC know what would help to get more use of this option. How can I check my accounts balance?

At the Lexington KY comic con a few weeks ago I submitted some of my most valuable TMNT books to be signed cleaned & graded. Now I'm seeing that the returns could be 8 months or more. Can someone give some details as to what takes so much longer for a magazine or large format comic, and if anything can be done to reduce the turnaround time?

Thanks for the quick and thorough reply. Can you please tell me what two signatures would reduce my rating, or who to contact to find out specifically how it affected my book? Also is there any signature Verification service you will accept for authentication?

I recently submitted a TMNT comic with signatures from both Eastman & Laird , but it was rated very low with a comment of "writing on inside". So my question is if I don't have proof of signatures, does that reduce the rating? Also is there anything I can do to get it reconsidered?
