OK that’s it guys, the thread is finally and truly CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. Congrats to those who stuck around and helped me clear the cupboards by grabbing all the freebies in the coda. Stir Crazy is my favorite Wilder/Pryor movie. He's not in Blazing Saddles, you're thinking of Cleavon Little. Pryor used to make a lot of his cash by putting out stand up movies. I'll never forget my dad taking me to see RP Live in Concert in the theater in '79 (I was 12) and I was amazed, I'd never heard so much filthy language and my old man was bawling he was laughing so hard. Transformative movie for me, was hooked on Pryor instantly.

You're thinking of his son Kiefer, who's in that movie, which is from the later 80s Yep, "starring" just means he's in it. Doesn't have to have the top dog role. And IBS is my favorite DS movie, with bonuses of Leonard Nimoy and Jeff Goldblum @MattTheDuck Also great

I would have LOST MY MIND during the year and a half we were all stuck inside without online poker. The card rooms in AC are totally different now than they were pre-pandemic and I haven't played live the entire time, except for my local monthly tournament group which just started up again last month. AC has abdicated the tournament scene to the west, the casinos haven't been able to hire back all the dealers they fired in 2020. Poker is barely holding on here, there's some cash game action but most aren't ready to return to 9 and 10 handed tables and cards, chips, close quarters etc. But the online game has flourished for obv reasons and we should have Pennsylvania added to our player pool soon which will be FANTASTIC.
