  1. I just wished they would be approximately accurate with their estimates. I submitted back in early October. I thought late March at that point. It was a "dry run" for my brother in law who has a FF run of 1-50. I've already talked to him about selling them w/o grading.
  2. I have a friend that has FF 1-200 w/1-10 signed by Stan Lee, he gathered the signatures himself at a show back in '86. He recently asked me to help him sell them as he knows I've done the grading-selling thing on ebay. The signatures are at the bottom of page 1, not on the cover, see attached. I don't know why, but there it is. I didn't know they were not on the cover. So any suggestions on getting the signature authenticated and the issue graded? An selling advice? I believe CGC would not authenticate the signature under these condition. Is the signature actually going to add any value to the comic books? Thanks ps--I posted this on the FF forum first, realized later this might be more appropriate.

  4. Good news on my 16 book order with NRs, customer service replied and they will be reholdering all the books. Nice. Might take a while but I'm in no hurry.
  5. Picked up my order a few days ago, just inspected the comics. ALL 16 ( SIXTEEN! ) have them. The problem has not been fixed! CGC knows the audience they are dealing with, do not understand why this continues to be an issue. Just sent an email to CGC. Will update when I get a response.
  6. Thank you, very much appreciated. I should be getting an Overstreet comic grading guide tomorrow.
  7. Hello, Have recently decided to sell my collection. Have sent some of my more valuable comics in for grading; however, I am planning to sell the remainder w/o grading. To that end I need to learn to do some basic grading. I am posting this comic in hopes of learning how to grade. This is my first post in the PGM post. Please let me know if there are too many pictures or if some area(s) need to be focused on. The cover is still attached, the comic is complete, no writing, and it lays flat. Thank you.
  8. Hello, New to the forum, joined up because I'm planning on selling some (~12) of my older Marvel comics and some early 90's comics. Recently sent in two test comics to CGC to learn the process and everything went well. I have a scanner at home, I was wondering if I should scan my comics as that would offer more detail when I list them for sale. Should I do that before or after slabbing (CGC grading)? Thank you.
