after starting comics last year, this is my 1 year celebration.
After I got big into comics almost a year ago and started learning the history of them I found myself in a comic frenzy. I was happy looking at all the old comics and how much I just wanted them all, after a while I was able to distinguish certain comics just from their covers. From number 1's to first appearances to back in the day big deals.
After looking at both the 2 big names, DC and Marvel I found that I was a total DC fan, the characters themselves just jumped out at me and I new that they were going to be the heroes I'd be reading about. A yaer has gone by and I have been able to get my hands on a few comics that I am happy to now own, I have Action Comics #242, batman #121, Supermans pal Jimmy olsen 134, DC comics presents #26 and the complete run of the Blackest Night series, which was amazing! I am currently reading Batman, Green lantern and the justice league, who all have good new storylines this year. To think that this all started by me wanting to get my younger brother a comic book for his birthday.(I got him nightwing #1, BIG Robin fan him)
