Ooooooo- who was it??? (I checked those out on clan- they were nice but over priced for modern)

Matt Corrigan, not familiar with the name. Agreed they were a bit overpriced. Had they been priced more appropriately, I probably would’ve fallen for it to be honest.

  2. I recently had a user reach out via CAF, trying to sell some Tom Morgan Fleer card art for a nice markup. Funny thing is, I don’t think he owned the art (yet). A number of them were featured on Clan McDonald’s live art sale for considerably cheaper the following week (but still pricey for modern card art). This is at least questionable behavior right?

A couple unpublished pieces I picked up recently

Juggernaut and Cap by Lee Weeks- I love Lee’s work and it is not cheap so when someone offered this as part of a trade I was happy to add it!

Jean Grey by the OTHER Granov —- Dijana Granov. Adi’s sister... someone needs to get this woman some work doing marvel covers... Wow

Love that Lee Weeks Cap v Jugg - definitely would be very difficult to obtain these days.

  4. To save you future grief, I don't think you can be held responsible for selling complete issues and the buyer turns around and breaks them up sometime down the line. Not necessarily speaking about this instance of course. With that said, I think you've priced pages well enough that people who are looking for a quick buck will quickly have a rude awakening. Unless we're talking about Silver Surfer Black that is, hah.

I bet we all have issues or whole series we'd love to own (and preserve) intact if price were no object. It's too late to accomplish for issues of the past, so the best one could hope for would be to find something brand new to hold onto.

Absolutely agree. Although it's a little less appealing (tiny bit) with modern pages since they don't have all the narration/dialogue but still nice to be able to have a whole book intact.

Yes, total win for the artists and Felix.
