I have another batch from a collection I've sold from before that were childhood books of a longtime collector(reference THIS THREAD for previous examples of these books). Some of his original off the shelf purchases would be subject to whatever "upgrade" he thought they needed, ranging from color touch(es), tape, reglossed cover, possibly trimming on occasion and "flattening" (I wouldn't call it pressing). I will indicate whatever restoration I feel has been done to the book. Batman #15 Incomplete, missing centerfold, three pages of the cf are replaced with (unattached) color copies of the missing story pages so it's only missing a copy of the one page J. Rushem Quickly, Esq comic story, cover glued to interior, bug chews at edges and spine(see spine detail as it is missing paper), no bottom staple, at "The Boy Who Wanted to be Robin" story the rest of the interior wraps are detached from top staple and are glued together at fold, no cutouts or writing, the two pages before missing centerfold have ragged edge, overall supple pages with some stains, cover presents well. $250 SOLD!! Incomplete copy of Batman #2, coverless and missing the first two wraps and two centerfold wraps(has 12 wraps intact), spine roll mostly due to being stored rolled the opposite way it was supposed to be, some tears, stains, looks to have replaced staples, some pages have pencil markings or colored in story title, pages are not brittle. I would call this to comparable to a copy that sold in May for $917 (COVERLESS. 1st 2 wraps & centerfold missing. Piece cut out of 4th, 12th & 15th page, affects story.) Contains Joker & Catwoman in stories. $750 Internal staple detail
