  1. I just sold a CGC encapsulated comic. The buyer indicated that it arrived with the corners cracked. I want to do whats right by the buyer and will offer a full refund. Alternatively, is there a rule-of-thumb how a damaged encapsulation affects the overall value? I figure there are two primary factors here 1) The value of professional grading (which is unchanged) 2) The value of the case (which is diminished) Or does CGC offer reencapsulation for damaged cases?
