I like this idea. I would add a colour coding as well (or cross hatching). I am not much of an eBay buyer but it would be nice if they were easy to distinguish in photos.

Sorry to extend the thread but I didn't feel my question warranted starting a new one. I am completed new to the entire concept of JSA and I wondered about sketch covers? I have a Frank Cho outrage cover that was (obviously) never slabbed. Does JSA authenticate the art or only the signature?

Did anyone submit books through Grosnor or Comicketchart at this Con? I did and haven't heard anything from either.

As someone that has been going to Canada Fan Expo for years and is becoming less and less interested in what they have to offer I ask 'has anyone been to both Canada Fan Expo and Baltimore Comiccon?' Are they as different as they feel to be on the boards with Baltimore being much more comic based and Toronto a disorganized mess?

There is a group there taking CGC books for people. It it really well organized.

Is there less posting overall lately? Even a few years ago the Canada Fan Expo topic would be pages deep. This year nothing.

Will CBCS be there? I thought they may be.

Has anyone ordered from Skottie Young's website before? I was looking at pieces and noticed it was inked over Blue Lines, has this always been the case?

I will be transparent here in that I am looking to buy this book. The last few years I have had fun buying (not a lot, just dabbled) and exploring the comic art market. I have always wanted a The Batman Adventures #12 though so I started doing a little research. The first thing I will say is the market seems to have really changed in a few years with prices, for the most part, dropping or stagnating. This forum has been really valuable in understanding the trends overall (thank you everyone)! When looking at the prices of The Batman Adventures I am struck by something odd within GoCollect. Not that it is relevant to the conversation but this is what I got!

We already have people broadcasting on Whatnot at cons selling items through the platform instead of the con itself. I admit to have used it as I bought a Frank Cho piece through Comicsketch Art that was being sold during the SDCC. While it worked out for me the piece was only available through the Whatnot platform. If I had paid to be at the show and watched the only sketches being auctioned in front of me (they do it at the table) I would be frustrated.

Has anyone dealt with this ebay seller before (adambombus). He has great reviews but hasn't answered any of the messages I have sent him. My request was simple (asked for a clear photo of a CGC label) numerous times.

Nothing to do with the organizers but does anyone feel it is seemingly more complicated to figure out who is taking sketches and how to get on a list? I seems like everything from the artists side is last minute.

Has anyone heard if Mark Brooks will be offering commission slots for Canada Fan Expo? I am on his mailing list but haven't heard anything. Wondered if anyone has.

The book I remember that made me love comics was Justice League of America Annual #1. I don’t know why I had a copy of this book but I must have read it 100 times. I realize this is unlikely but does anyone have a page they may be willing to part with?

I understand but this just seems more overt. They are selling items at the show over Whatnot while people watching can't buy anything unless they also go on Whatnot. Why go to the Con at all?
