    I can't see this as an 8.5 Maybe an 8 at a push, but more a 7.0/7.5 Hope you prove me wrong though.

    I find this very surprising, and also unfair. I know it is slightly off topic from Captain Britain #1, but what about the Lakeside tattoo in ASM #238? Would that also get a green label if the tattoo is missing?

    It was graded at 7.5. a wee bit disappointed as i was hoping for an 8.5

    Another of the books I have sent in, a nice copy of JIM #97. I am having it pressed, but was not aware that books can also be cleaned? I had my concerns about the yellowing of the cover, but apart from that it is in decent shape. Would cleaning have improved this book? What are your thoughts on the grade? I will post the final grades once I have them. Many Thanks.

    Hey Guys, I'm a newbie to the boards and a first time posting. I recently sent in 27 books for grading, the first time I have done so without a third party sending them in for me. One of the books is a nice copy of Batman #62 and I thought I would solicit some comments/opinions from you fine folk. The colours are great, but there is some damage at the upper staple. The back cover has some significant chipping at the bottom of the page. I have attached some photos which I hope are clear enough. I did opt to get it pressed and I was hoping for a 6.0, but the damage could well drag it below that. I welcome your thoughts and opinions. Many Thanks!
