just wondering how long it takes for a new book to be added to the submission form. i want to send in my copies of the last ronin to get graded but all it shows is the ashcan. thanks in advance

hi i upgraded my account to a premium one today and was wondering why it doesn't show the $150 credit credit. i added the 10 books i want to get graded and went threw all the other steps short of submitting the form and it still shows full price of the grading . any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated
