  1. Congrats, that is a truly stunning book Alex! I've always loved all those Adams' X-Men covers and especially that classic one with Havok! Here are a couple I use to own in my collection before selling them off about 16 years ago and then deciding to focus on Spidey
  2. Beautiful Silver Surfer's! Here are a few Spidey pedigree annuals...
  3. Awesome book Dave! Love this beautifully centered/wrapped copy. GLWTS
  4. Congrats on the upgrade! Really beautiful, vibrant copy and one of my favorite Spidey covers
  5. Thanks Straw! It did take a while to find a nice copy in my grade range
  6. Very nice! Beautiful, impressive colors on this copy! Shout out to Dave for his eagle eyes on this #27...
  7. That's a stunning trilogy! Congrats on the beautiful books One of my favorite Spidey/Romita trifectas...
  8. Thanks! I've never read the grader's notes but I have noticed non-color breaking bends on the back cover which assuredly brought down the grade. I'm not into pressing books, so it'll likely stay a 9.0 for as long as I own it
  9. Thanks! Would love to complete the run up to #50 but that is going to be a very long endeavor. Hoping to eventually complete it though, as I do already have a #50
  10. Just picked up another CGC Spidey to go into the collection! Shout out to DST Dave for a great heads-up on the book! Only a few issues away to complete my ASM white page CGC run from 1-30
  11. Romita does have one of the most eye appealing signatures!
  12. That did have me a bit confused at the end. I thought just his Spidey identity would be forgotten but everyone would still remember Peter as before
  13. Don't think I've posted these in this thread before. Some of the Spidey peds that I've been fortunate to pick up and enjoy...
  14. I've passed on many nice books with rusty staples that also show slight rust discoloration migrating on to the paper. If it's just a very tiny spot of rust I might be able live with that , since many silver age books commonly have very small amounts that are imperceivable and hard to detect, even on high grade copies. Really depends on the severity and degree of spread on the staples...
  15. First meeting of Spidey & the Hulk. Second appearance of the Enforcers. And some little green dude is in there too
  16. Sadly have to agree. It's extremely likely many more Silver Age high grade books have passed through his cunning hands and been submitted over the following years
  17. We're all aware of where Daniel is nowadays and his KSH ebay account. But the better question is where is the infamous Jason Ewert after all these years? Where is he at now peddling his micro-trimmed wares?
