  1. Once again, if I thought it was anyones business how I know what Terry has, I would have said as much.
  2. Well, you could say 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 7/8, 400 pages, 275 pages, 350 pages. Not a difficult question. And regardless who you heard it from, despite knowing Terry for “decades”, the number is probably incorrect.
  3. I think I was the one who “crapped” on that idea. But only because I know more than virtually anyone, and have proof.
  4. And, unfortunately, Silver Age and Bronze Marvel art will always sell for more than Silver Age and Bronze DC art

  6. Why does no one bring up the fact that 2 auctions ended the day before the big Heritage auction? I suspect the prices at C-link reflect that. Too much art offered at one time, prices will suffer for the earlier auction, especially when up against Heritage. But everyone can go back to “the sky is falling” scenario. M
  7. He has had the Infantino Detective splash longer than a decade.
  8. Of course Mr. Mustache does. Every one does, except me. 😁
  9. I beg to differ. I sell a lot of lower priced art under $1000 to the “little guys”. I find that term offensive. I treat everyone the same. I get asked all the time by BSD’s why I don’t offer them the big ticket art. I tell them get in line with all my other buyers. You’re no more special than any one else, so stop trying to impress me with your collection/wallet. Not something these “BSD’s want to hear. So, because I don’t kiss the ground they walk on, those “BSD’s” won’t buy from me. I will admit to sending previews of art to just a couple buyers before the art hits my site. But just a couple.
  10. Not fun for me. Many other things I would rather do than sit in a crummy hotel on a nice Sunday.
  11. I’ve done one a couple years ago. That was enough for me. Besides I’m retired from exhibiting at shows.
  12. Quite possibly the best and funniest post I’ve read on here in a while.
  13. Not me. I’m a bit more cultured than that. I witnessed this. It happened at a Chicago Con.
