bolt912 Purchased a cgc slabbed book, claimed our shipping was inadequate and demanded $50 in compensation to re-slab the book for 'damage' to the case. The damage they claim was micro-scratches to the case that were invisible in the photos they sent. When I offered a full return and free shipping on the return, they tried to haggle down to slightly less money for a refund. When I refused, they threatened me with a negative rating if I didn't pay them.

Since we got a few inquiries about them, we added some more close-up photos of the FF. Thanks, folks, and happy new year.
