Ok that’s great thank you , I will maybe wait until they’ve updated their website then , I’m not sure I have the confidence in them at the moment to fill in a drop off form and mail it in ! but I do appreciate your response and others for helping me out thank you everyone.

Believe me I would rather that as well ! I have tried ringing just automated message saying busy , I’ve emailed with no meaningful response just chronic . I’ve already submitted my next batch to CBCS a great website clear easy to use shipping options no problem. I would have preferred CGC to do the work but there you go . cheers

After the announcement that the London office will accept submissions by post and send them back via courier service I was very pleased. However having tried to use their online submissions form !!!! if you can call it that, it will not let you highlight the mail in box , does not let you fill in the return shipping box and there is no way of paying for return shipping ! To say this is an absolute shambles is and understatement ! and quite frankly is a disgrace that the CGC actually put its name to it. Tell me again what is the point of making a massive announcement and yet not have your website ready to go I will be taking my business to CBCS.
