    Maybe I'm blind. What tear are you referring to? All of my copies had a tear on the back, bottom in the red square "New From" area. So I'm assuming that's a print defect?

    I sent this into the Jim Lee, Scott Williams, and Alex Sinclair signing. I also had CCS press it, which didn't seem to do much. It came back as a 9.4.

    I figured since you guys took the time to respond, I will let you know the results. I sent this book, along with 4 other copies, into the Mark Bagley CGC signing in 2020. I had him sign and remarque on all and also had CCS press. 9.8 across the board!
