Mine came broken as well, I had to re-ship it back to get it fixed, thank god no grade hit. CGC says quality control before shipping. I wonder how does this happen. The box arrived perfectly with no issues but inside all cracks and chips. Goodness me.

Hello, I usually submit books via Express tier based on book value, this is the first time I'm submitting on Modern tier, my questions to the experts or experienced people here, may I know once the package is delivered, how long does CGC take to acknowledge the submission into the system? Hello, I submitted a book under Express tier, received it and now I sent it back due to "mechanical error" issues. Since i paid a hefty price tag for the Express tier, may I ask how long is the reholder process will take since submission is received? I'm extremely unhappy about this. Appreciate if I could have a solid response. Thanks

Hello, I just viewed my grading online, I was confidently expecting a 9.4 - 9.8 for my comic below, but it came with 8.5. Any experts here can tell why was CGC so harsh with the grades? Is it because of the creases or color break? Shall I re-press to remove the creases? Consider me a newbie please.
