I just read through the Miller run. I love how he completely owned the character during his run and even did the What If? issues. Most of the time, you'd get some new(and lesser quality) team on a character in a What If tale, but with the DD What Ifs you got the A-team of Miller/Janson!

I had a DD 168 like that. They graded the outer cover, gave it a blue label and a “manufactured with extra cover in centerfold” notation.

Sorry my friend these books are long gone.

No idea. I’m the guy who paid $76 for the Don & Maggie 9.8. 
I will say the newsstand is much tougher than direct in high grade. The Canadian is even tougher though.
