  1. I've used TFAW for about five years for my monthly subscription. Ive rarely had issues with shipping from them. Maybe had a bent corner once or twice over the years. I have, however had issues in the last six months with random issues not arriving. Most recently Wonder Woman Dead Earth. Issue 3 arrived but i never received issue 2 and after i realized the mistake i turned to Ebay for a copy. Im new to my area and hope to transition to a local comic shop soon.
  2. Based on my experience pressing comics at home, one press may remove many defects, however some defects require multiple pressings to fully remove them. I believe CSS's descriptions of pressing services elude to this. With a quick press most minor defects will be removed but with the full service treatment on a book with significant defects the results would be more thorough. Depending on the potential value and number of defects on the book the full service may be worth the additional cost.
